As a Creative Director, my motto is that I am the “the keeper of the brand story”
I will align with brand teams to develop the goals & desired tone on both longterm and short term projects. This includes launches, visual identity for branded events, mailers, etc.
Then the real work begins: going to the drawing board to build storyboards, pulling visual inspiration, etc., building a team to bring the ideas to life (depending on allocated), building shotlists with cinematographers, sourcing talent, and managing shoot day from scheduling to each shot.- Storyboarding photo and video shoots to tell a story for product
- Building + collaboratively working with a team of positive/great to work with cinematographers, photographers, models, makeup and hair artists, stylists
- Building shot lists with cinematographers + photographers to stay on track with approved concept
- Manage each shot to ensure they follow the outlined shortlists and storyboard
- Edit and/or hire outside editors & retouchers to edit video and retouch photos
- Packaging all contents for brand launch- Building brand identity + building out websites for commerce

My long background as an influencer has given me a great understanding of how to get the best content out of influencers, how to properly brief and manage, and how to create campaigns that consumers don’t swipe on. As a Campaign Manager I will align with brand teams to build out and execute campaigns involving influencers + User Generated Creators. Managing relationships, negotiations, briefing, and execution of campaign’s content.
- Working with your brand teams to develop campaign goals, develop a voice, and understand ideal content
- Developing and implementing a creative strategy that aligns with your brand values and marketing objectives
- Identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers and UGC creators to promote the brand's products
- Building creative briefs and providing guidance to influencers to ensure that their content is on-brand and aligned with our messaging- Keeping a pulse on the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices and provide recommendations to improve our influencer marketing strategy
- Ensuring influencers follow all FTC guidelines across all platforms
- Building out PR lists
- Shooting and editing influencer content if needed
- Requesting changes/reshooting, approving influencer content
- Reporting influencer metrics, building trackable links for influencers to use

Email marketing is a powerful digital marketing strategy that involves sending targeted emails to a group of individuals or subscribers to promote products, services, or engage with an audience. It utilizes email as a communication channel to build relationships, nurture leads, and drive conversions. When done in a clever, appropriate, and valuable way it can be one of the greatest ways to build a community. Done wrong, and you’ll have audiences turning against you faster than you can hit send. The difference is in the approach.
- We keep it as interactive as possible. No one wants another “come back to your cart” text or email. We work to add value and/or entertain in every interaction with the digital users because it’s a part of what builds a community
- Creating visuals for email and text marketing; photo, GIFs, graphics
- When possible we love using user-generated content when permissions are granted: photo, testimonials, reviews, or social media posts
- Crafting creative calls to action (CTAs): Instead of generic CTAs, experimenting with creative and compelling CTAs that encourage recipients to take action, such as "Pick Your Restaurant," "Which Limited Product Do We Bring Back Next," or "Join the Adventure."
- We experiment with the design and layout, A/B test and send out what we know will do best
- Helping your brand with the design and copy of the butterfly net on the brand’s site (the first pop up) to build an email list
- Tracking performance to provide the brand with the emails that have been captured in the butterfly net- Building drip + nuture campaigns
